About Superskills Football Academy
Through my observations there was a need for a new development structure an Academy dedicated to the future with the development of the children. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to focus on individual development of the young player.
Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate enough to have coached in England, Belgium and Spain. It is a rewarding job for me but one that also reveal one major fault, instant touch. Even those players that I have worked with affiliated to their famous professional clubs have reveal this fault. Too often clubs desire athletes, tall, fast, strong footballers, if a player cannot control or manipulate the football at will, then how can he or she be asked to perform at the highest level.
The Work We Do
Superskills Football Academy was formed in 2006 based in Mallorca Spain, it is a self-supporting Academy funded privately by the our football camps and course fees. The Academy offers a unique and revolutionary technical development training program for young players to learn football the right way, tailored to each age group bringing out the best in each player and giving them the tools to succeed. Understanding that technique, skill acquisition and ball mastery are foundational skills that all young players must learn if they are to achieve any amount of enjoyment out of the game.

The Academy system was set up to enhance and encourage the development of talented young players and engage them in an elite high-performance development program as well as an entry to the world of Spanish football. Players are first identified through the participating in a 4 week evaluation program. Should players and meet the entry requirements the Academy will provide students with further development courses to suit.
Superskills Academy Football Camps »
These camps are specially designed programs fitting in with holidays and times when groups can be put together. The courses last for a minimum of one week - during this time it allows us to focus on correct technique, composure on the ball, tactical considerations, teaching the ability to look beyond the ball, speed and fitness. It is an excellent way to enjoy a crash course in the Superskills coaching system.

In addition to our Academy courses we offer football tours to clubs and groups, we work with you personally to create your own program to suit every age group, standard, budget, requirements and assisting your reservation with hotels, transport, excursions and tours.
